CONTENT FACTORY

Terms of Use

Updated 2026-08-22

These are the rules for using Content Factory at factory.aidevteam.ru. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

The service is provided by OOO «МЕГАКАМПУС» (LLC MEGAKAMPUS), OGRN 1107746107204, INN 7719743262, registered at 105318, Moscow, ul. Izmaylovskiy val 2, floor 3, premises I, room 12G, Russia. Reach it through @content_factory_adtbot or at info@megacampus.com.

Registration is open, but an account does not work until an administrator approves it. Until then the account exists and can do nothing.

We may refuse to approve an account. We may switch off an account that was already approved. We are not obliged to explain why, but if you think a mistake was made, write to us and we will look at it.

The service is meant for adults, acting for themselves or for an organisation they are entitled to represent.

One account, one person. Do not share access.

The account is your responsibility: your password, what the people you invite do, and the channels you connect. A sign-in password must be at least 12 characters. If you suspect someone else has got in, write to us.

Use a real email address. It is the only way to reset a password and the only way we can reach you about something important.

  • Break the law.
  • Publish through the service anything you do not have the rights to.
  • Send spam or deceive people.
  • Break the rules of the platforms you publish to. Each has its own rules, and they apply regardless of these.
  • Try to break the service, get around rate limits, or reach data or workspaces that are not yours.
  • Resell access to this server.

Breaking these rules is grounds for switching an account off.

Everything you upload and write stays yours. We claim no rights to it.

By using the service you allow us to do with that content exactly what running the service requires: store it, show it to you and your team, send it where you told us to publish, and process it while preparing a publication.

The content is your responsibility. We do not review posts before they go out.

When you connect a social network channel, your post and its files go to that network's API. What happens there is governed by its rules, not ours.

When a workspace configures AI, prompts, post text and search queries go to the provider it chose: OpenAI, OpenRouter or Tavily. Without that configuration nothing reaches them. A model's answer can be wrong or invented — check it before you publish. You are responsible for the text you publish, not the model.

If you set up a webhook, the whole post goes to the address you gave. You chose the address, and the consequences are yours.

The service is currently free. This server takes no payment, collects no payment details, and has no subscriptions or plans.

If that changes, these terms will be rewritten first, and account holders will be told before any charge exists.

The service works the way it works, with no warranty of any kind.

We do not promise that it will be available continuously or for any share of the time. We do not promise that publishing to a connected platform will succeed: the platform can reject a post, change its rules or cut off access. We do not promise that AI will answer correctly. We do not promise that data will not be lost — keep your own copies of anything you care about.

There is no service level agreement here, and we are not entering into one.

We are not liable for lost profit, lost data, damaged reputation or any indirect loss arising from using the service or from being unable to use it.

This does not remove liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

You can stop using the service at any time. To have the account and its contents deleted, write to the Telegram bot @content_factory_adtbot and tell us the email address the account uses. We may ask for additional proof of identity.

We may end your access if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or if the service shuts down. Where we can give notice, we will.

The service can be shut down entirely. It is not obliged to run forever.

Content Factory is a fork of Postiz, distributed under AGPL-3.0. The source code of the running version is available to everyone: the site carries a "Source" link, and the archive is at /api/public/source.

The licence covers the product's code. It does not cover your content or the contents of your workspace.

We may change these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Account holders will be told by email about changes that matter. If you keep using the service after a change, you are taken to accept it.

Questions, complaints and everything else: @content_factory_adtbot. We answer, and we would rather settle things by writing to each other.
